It is staffed by experienced and specially trained Registered Nurses, Registered Psychiatric Nurses, and Registered Social Workers

    HealthLine 811 also provides mental health and addictions support. HealthLine’s registered Psychiatric Nurses and Registered Social workers can offer crisis support, advice to help you manage your situation and connections to resources in your community.

    When you call 811, a licensed healthcare professional will give you options and information to help you with health or mental health and addictions-related questions or concerns. You will be able to discuss your concerns in a safe, caring, and confidential manner.

    211 Saskatchewan is a free, confidential, 24/7 service that connects individuals to human services in the province by telephone, text, or web chat, plus a searchable website with over 5,000 listings of social, community, non-clinical health, and government services across the province.

    In addition to searching on the 211 Saskatchewan website, individuals can call 2-1-1, text 2-1-1 or go online to chat with trained professionals to help find and navigate the services they need. This access to community, health and government services is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Over 175 languages, including 17 Indigenous languages, are available over the phone.

  • COAST

    COAST (Community Outreach and Support Team) is a multifunctional approach to stabilizing and supporting people identified with mental health and addiction issues in the community

    Services are short-term and intensive to support individuals while connecting them to longer-term services or until stabilization.

    Family Service Regina helps people deal with a wide range of life events from coping with daily pressures to addressing mental health issues and breaking intergenerational cycles of abuse.

    Counselling fees can be calculated on a sliding-fee scale. Fees are based on income level and family size and will be determined at the time of the telephone intake when you call to request service.

    Nobody will be turned away due to a lack of funds.

  • Thrive: Free Walk-In Counselling

    Hosted by Family Service Regina, THRIVE is a free service available during the week.
